Advocates for Autism of Massachusetts
Advocates for Autism of Massachusetts (AFAM) speaks in one voice to build the capacity of our communities to welcome, fully include and support people with ASD.

Autism Speaks
Autism Speaks has grown into the nation's largest autism science and advocacy organization, dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism; increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders; and advocating for the needs of individuals with autism and their families.

Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services

Massachusetts Department of Children and Families
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is the Massachusetts state agency charged with the responsibility of protecting children from child abuse and neglect.

Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is charged with the responsibility of ensuring improved teaching and learning in all of the Commonwealth's public schools. Their mission is to improve the quality of the public education system so that students are adequately prepared for higher education, rewarding employment, continued education, and responsible citizenship. They carry out that mission in partnership with Massachusetts school districts and other organizations that provide educational programs and services.

The mission of the Massachusetts Disabled Persons Protection Commission is to protect adults with disabilities from the abusive acts or omissions of their caregivers through investigation oversight, public awareness and prevention.

The Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers, Inc. is a statewide association of health and human service agencies. Founded in 1975, the Providers' Council is the state's largest human service trade association and is widely recognized as the official voice of the private provider industry.

The Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy
The Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT) is an affiliated chapter of the Association for Behavior Analysis International and of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts. Formed in 1979, BABAT is perhaps best known for the annual conferences it has hosted at UMass (Amherst) every year for over 30 years. This conference is for professionals, teachers, students, and persons interested in the areas of behavior analysis, autism, developmental disabilities, ethics, behavioral medicine, staff development, and more.
