John Randall, MPA, M.Ed., BCBA, President & CEO
John has been working in the fields of Human Services and Educations since 1988. As is common at Amego, he began his career providing direct services. John was named President & CEO of Amego in 2008. John has worked in leadership positions in both the private and public sectors. He holds Masters Degrees in Education and Public Administration. John is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst. John has held advisory and board positions for numerous professional organizations including past service as President of the Massachusetts Association of Applied Behavior Analysis. John has also served on many Human Rights Committees in various capacities.
Kevin Johnson, CFO
Kevin has over 30 years of experience working in the accounting field, of which 27 have been in the non-profit sector. Kevin joined the team at Amego in 1997 and currently serves as CFO. Kevin has a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Certificate in Accounting.
Kellie Lennon, COO
Kellie has been working with Amego in various consultant roles for several years. She came to Amego full time in 2019 and was quickly promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Similar to other leaders at Amego, she began her career in the role of direct support. She has worked in the field for close to 30 years in both the private and public sectors. Executive and management titles she has held include: Program Director, Executive Director, Director of Quality Assurance, Executive Vice President, and President. Kellie has presented research and best practice policies to local, state, and national audiences. Kellie is currently working toward her Masters in Business Administration.
Penny Potter, CPO
Penny received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Saint Michaels College in Winooski Vermont. She has been in the field of Human Service, working primarily with individuals with autism since 1984. Over the years, Penny has held several administrative positions with her most recent position as Chief Operating Officer. Penny is on the Human Rights Committee as well as the Peer Review Committee for Amego. Penny completed a certificate program in Community Services Management through Suffolk University and the Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers and received her certificate with honors.
Jeff Proos, Vice President of Children's Services
Jeff received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1984 from Connecticut College and his Master's degree in Educational Psychology in 1992 from the University from Texas at Austin. In 2000, he became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He was one of the very first certified behavior analysts in the country.
Jeff has over 30 years of experience working with children and adults with developmental, psychiatric, and behavioral challenges in various settings, including schools, homes, residential facilities, and clinics. In his career, Jeff has worked as direct care, clinician, supervisor, and director. Jeff started at Amego in 2013 as the Clinical Coordinator and in 2016 was promoted to Vice President of Children's Services.
Lisa Wirth, Vice President of Adult Services
Lisa has worked in human services for over 30 years. She started her career in human services in direct care; working as a supervisor in a residential setting for students on the autism spectrum and has held other leadership positions over the years. Most recently Lisa accepted the position of Vice President, Adult Services. Lisa holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her passion is to support individuals through quality programming and services and to mentor staff to achieve their professional development goals.
Linda Ingram, LSW, Vice President of Social Services
Amego's Vice President of Social Services, Linda Ingram, is a graduate of Anna Maria College with a Bachelor's in Social Work. She started her career at Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center in Greenfield, NH. Following her relocation to Massachusetts, Linda worked at Mayflower House Nursing Home, first as a staff Social Worker in the pediatric unit and later as the Director of Social Services in the geriatric unit. Linda has served in her current position at Amego for more than twenty years. A Licensed Social Worker, Linda completed a certificate program in Community Services Management through Suffolk University and the Massachusetts Council of Human Services Providers.
Julie Hayes, Vice President of BEST Clinical Network/Clinical Services
Julie has been in the field of developmental disabilities for over 20 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2007, and is a Massachusetts licensed Behavior Analyst. Throughout her career, Julie has held clinical and administrative positions with programs that support both children and adults. She has overseen adult vocational and day habilitation programs, provided clinical services to residential programs and consultative services to other agencies and school districts to develop programs to maintain children in the least restrictive environments. Julie is currently the Vice President of Consultative Services and oversees the BEST Clinical Network, providing in-home and clinic-based ABA services to children with Autism. Julie has served as a board member on the Massachusetts Association for Applied Behavior Analysis (MassABA) and a board member of Affiliated Chapters Board with The Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
Annie Barlow, Vice President of Clinical Services
Annie has worked at Amego, Inc. in various positions since 1988. Currently Annie is the Vice President of Clinical Services. She received a Master’s of Science degree in Behavioral Education from Simmons College in 2004 and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst. Annie is responsible for clinically overseeing services provided for the individuals at Amego, Inc. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing behavior support plans; Leading Chair for the Human Rights Committee, Peer Review Committee and Positive Behavior Supports; Trains Staff in Applied Behavior Analysis and supervise a team of BCBA®’s. She is the S.O.L.V.E. Physical Restraint Instructor and Restraint Coordinator at Amego, Inc.

Jennifer Cullinan, MSN, FNP-C, Director of Health Services
Jennifer became a Registered Nurse in 2002 and has been Amego’s Director of Healthcare Services since 2011. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in 2017 and is now a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Before starting her career at Amego Jennifer worked in adult medical surgical nursing, emergency department nursing, and pediatric home care. Jennifer is responsible for coordinating the health and medical needs of the individuals Amego supports; developing and implementing staff training for required and supplemental health needs; supervising a team of residential and MAP training nurses. Jennifer is an adjunct nursing instruction at Tri-County Practical Nurse Program as well as a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Craig Parlato, MSEd, BCBA, LABA, Vice President of Adult Services, Central MA
Craig Parlato began as the Vice President of Adult Services for Amego's Central Massachusetts Region in July 2017. Craig brings to Amego over 30 years of experience serving adults and children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. Craig is a Board Certified and Massachusetts Licensed Behavior Analyst and has a Master's Degree in Education. He has broad experience across public schools, private day schools, home-based services, children's residential treatment, and adult day and residential services.
Jamie Savage, Vice President of Quality Assurance and Training
Jamie has worked in human services for over 22 years, returning to Amego after 5 years he assumed the role of V.P. of Quality Assurance and Training in 2019. Prior to coming to Amego, Jamie worked in leadership positions in both for profit and non-profit organizations. Jamie holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Rhode Island and is trained/certified in Multi Systemic Therapy. In his past roles, he was a member of a team that developed and implemented Rhode Island’s State Health Home program and the Center of Excellence program that was designed to reduce the state’s opioid overdoses. Jamie has been on radio shows advocating for treatment and human rights for high risk populations.
Michael F. Dorsey, Ph.D., LABA, BCBA-D, Vice President of Consultative & Psychological Services
Dr. Dorsey is a Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst, a Massachusetts Licensed Psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral level (BCBA-D). Dr. Dorsey earned his Ph.D. from Western Michigan University in 1979 and is currently the Vice President of Consultative and Psychological Services for Amego where he has worked/consulted for 30 years. He has authored/co-authored over 35 professional publications and book chapters, including the development of the Functional Behavior Analysis methodology. Dr. Dorsey has served on the faculty of several graduate programs, including The Kennedy Kriger Institute of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Simmons University, and Endicott College. He has also served as an Adjunct Faculty for Trinity College, Dublin Ireland; The Jordanian University Science and Technology, Irbid, Jordan; and Queens College: Belfast. Dr. Dorsey now serves as the Board Coordinator of the Association for Behavior Analysis Inc. (ABAI) Affiliated Chapters Board and is the Chair of the ABAI Verified Course Sequence Board. Dr. Dorsey has been a Gubernatorial appointee to the Developmental Disabilities Councils of both Florida and Massachusetts and chaired the Massachusetts MDDC Governmental Affairs Committee for over six years. In 1992 he represented the National Developmental Disabilities Council at the First Papal Congress on Developmental Disabilities hosted at the Vatican. Dr. Dorsey has co-authored several bills related to the protection of ABA consumers and the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis, including the ABA Licensing Bill in Massachusetts, which was the first such bill submitted in the United States. Dr. Dorsey was appointed to serve as one of the original members of the Massachusetts Licensing Board for Applied Behavior Analysts.
Betsy Roche, M.Ed., Vice President of Development & Marketing
Betsy has worked in the field of developmental disabilities and autism since 2000. She has held a variety of roles during her career. Starting out in direct service, Betsy she gained experience providing in-home and community-based behavioral support, managing Family Support contracts, running one of the 7 Massachusetts state-funded autism support centers, as well as spearheading fundraising and development initiatives. Starting out providing direct service to people diagnosed with developmental disabilities and Autism has built the foundation for the passion and commitment Betsy has to the field. From 2012--2014, Betsy secured $206,000 in Fire Prevention and Safety Grants through FEMA to train First Responders throughout the United States on Autism Spectrum Disorders. In her role at Amego, Betsy is responsible for the development and marketing efforts for the entire agency. With their broad array of services, Betsy is tasked with supporting the agency's operating budget through philanthropy and community collaboration.
Chris Isabwa, Director of IT
Chris Isabwa serves as the Information Technology (IT) Director at Amego Inc. He is responsible for providing high quality IT services to the growing Amego Inc. community through the continued management and strategic planning of scalable and secure enterprise systems, networking, servers, and virtualization. He coordinates with departmental heads and IT staff to plan, improve and promote technology support.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bridgewater State University and several certificates in Information Technology.
Michael Weinberg, Ph.D., LABA, LBA, BCBA-D, Director of Professional Development
Dr. Weinberg has worked in the field of developmental and intellectual disabilities and autism for 45 years. He is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral, Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in MA and CT, and Licensed Psychologist for over 30 years in PA, with psychology licenses in CT and F. He has experience in developing and overseeing behavior analytic interventions and has held clinical director positions over the past 25 years. Dr. Weinberg conducts evaluations for determination of a diagnosis of Autism, developmental disorders, ADD/ADHD among other diagnostic areas. He provides supervision for candidates seeking board certification, as well as exam preparation materials, workshops and individual tutoring. He has developed and instructs BACB Verified Course Sequences since 2002. Dr. Weinberg received his Ph.D. in psychology in 1985 from Temple University, and undergraduate degree at Northeastern University and the E.K. Shriver Center in Waltham, MA. He is currently the Director of Professional Development and conducts diagnostic evaluations for Amego Florida.
Tina Smith, Executive Director-BEST Florida
Tina has been in the field of mental health and developmental disabilities for over 30 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Tina initially received certification as a Florida Behavior Analyst in 1990 and was credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2001. She is also a Texas licensed Behavior Analyst. Throughout her career, Tina has held various clinical and administrative positions in mental health, education and residential treatment for both children and adults. She was previously the administrator of a large mental health and developmental disabilities program in Florida and has provided clinical oversight and education to various schools and organizations throughout the state. Tina is currently the Executive Director of Amego Florida, providing in-home and clinic based ABA services to children with Autism.
