Anthony Marchese
M.Ed., LABA, BCBA, Executive Vice President of Adult Services
Anthony has been in the field of developmental disabilities for over 10 years. Currently, Anthony is the Chief Program Officer of Adult Programming, charged with the oversight of adult residential programming, adult vocational services, and day habilitation programming. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, has been credentialed a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014, and is a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in the state of Massachusetts. Throughout his career at Amego, Inc., Anthony has held several administrative and clinical positions within programs that support both adults and children. He has overseen multiple residential adult programs as a Program Coordinator, Program Director, and Vice President; and he has provided clinical services to adults as well as in home-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Prior to his becoming Executive Vice President of Adult Services, Anthony was the Executive Vice President of Operations, where he managed facilities, quality assurance, and training.

Rebecca graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration with minors in both Leadership and Psychology. In 2012, Rebecca became a licensed social worker. Providing support and quality services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families has been Rebecca’s commitment since 2002. She has worked in a variety of roles including direct care, training, job development, job retention, leadership and as a sexuality educator. Rebecca is passionate about providing educational opportunities to increase awareness, acceptance, and support in the Human Services field regarding the topic of sexuality as it pertains to people with disabilities. Ideally, all people in their lifetime will have the opportunity to develop meaningful and positive relationships.

Jeff received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1984 from Connecticut College and his Master's degree in Educational Psychology in 1992 from the University from Texas at Austin. In 2000, he became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He was one of the very first certified behavior analysts in the country. Jeff has over 30 years of experience working with children and adults with developmental, psychiatric, and behavioral challenges in various settings, including schools, homes, residential facilities, and clinics. In his career, Jeff has worked as direct care, clinician, supervisor, and director. Jeff started at Amego in 2013 as the Clinical Coordinator and in 2016 was promoted to Vice President of Children's Services.

Julie has been in the field of developmental disabilities for over 20 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2007, and is a Massachusetts licensed Behavior Analyst. Throughout her career, Julie has held clinical and administrative positions with programs that support both children and adults. She has overseen adult vocational and day habilitation programs, provided clinical services to residential programs and consultative services to other agencies and school districts to develop programs to maintain children in the least restrictive environments. Julie is currently the Vice President of Consultative Services and oversees the BEST Clinical Network, providing in-home and clinic-based ABA services to children with autism. Julie has served as a board member on the Massachusetts Association for Applied Behavior Analysis (MassABA) and a board member of Affiliated Chapters Board with The Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).

Craig is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience clinical services and supervision. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University, a Masters' in Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College and an Executive Masters' in Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology. He teaches courses in applied behavior analysis at Arcadia University’s graduate school of education. He has worked clinically with a variety of children and adults, with autism spectrum disorder and mental health needs, in schools, clinics, residential and vocational settings.

Dr. Weinberg has worked in the field of developmental and intellectual disabilities and autism for 45 years. He is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral, Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in MA and CT, and Licensed Psychologist for over 30 years in PA, with psychology licenses in CT and FL. He has experience in developing and overseeing behavior analytic interventions and has held clinical director positions over the past 25 years. Dr. Weinberg conducts evaluations for determination of a diagnosis of Autism, developmental disorders, ADD/ADHD among other diagnostic areas. He provides supervision for candidates seeking board certification, as well as exam preparation materials, workshops and individual tutoring. He has developed and instructs (BACB®) Verified Course Sequences since 2002. Dr. Weinberg received his Ph.D. in psychology in 1985 from Temple University, and undergraduate degree at Northeastern University and the E.K. Shriver Center in Waltham, MA. He is currently the Director of Professional Development and conducts diagnostic evaluations for Amego Florida.
