Kevin Johnson

CFO

Kevin has over 30 years of experience working in the accounting field, of which 27 have been in the non-profit sector. Kevin joined the team at Amego in 1997 and currently serves as Project Manager in the Fiscal department. Kevin has a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Certificate in Accounting.

Penny Potter

Chief Officer of Program Development

Penny received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Saint Michaels College in Winooski Vermont. She has been in the field of Human Service, working primarily with individuals with autism, since 1984. Over the years, Penny has held several administrative positions with her most recent position as Chief Officer of Program Development. Penny is on the Human Rights Committee and the Peer Review Committee for Amego. Penny completed a certificate program in Community Services Management through Suffolk University and the Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers and received her certificate with honors.

Amanda Carriere

PHR, SHRM-CP, Vice President of Human Resources

Amanda has been working in the Amego Human Resources department since 2015. During her time here at Amego, she has been a consistent asset to staff across the agency. Prior to coming to Amego, Amanda earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Rhode Island College. She also worked in the Human Resources Department at a large pharmaceutical corporation. She holds several certifications in Human Resources and continues to be a life-long learner. Amanda is currently pursuing her law degree.

Katherine C. Bray

M.S., Vice President of Marketing and Development

Katherine serves as Vice President of Marketing and Development at Amego, where she supports marketing, fundraising, community engagement, stakeholder relations, social media, market research, and events.

Katherine has worked in behavioral healthcare since 1997, supporting individuals and families affected by mental illness, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. Her experience includes marketing the national expansion of home and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for military families, as well as inpatient and outpatient behavioral healthcare and Crisis Prevention Training for direct support professionals. She also brings direct clinical experience providing in-home, clinic, and school-based ABA services to children and families.

Katherine holds a B.A. from Southern Illinois University and an M.S. in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University.
