John Randall

John has been working in the fields of Human Services and Educations since 1988. As is common at Amego, he began his career providing direct services. John was named President & CEO of Amego in 2008. John has worked in leadership positions in both the private and public sectors. He holds Masters' Degrees in Education and Public Administration. John is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst. John has held advisory and board positions for numerous professional organizations including past service as President of the Massachusetts Association of Applied Behavior Analysis. John has also served on many Human Rights Committees in various capacities.

Bethany has been in the Human Services field for over 25 years. She began her career providing direct services in residential and school settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Severe Special Needs from Simmons College and a Law Degree from New England Law, Boston. Throughout her career, Bethany has held a variety of roles supporting children and families affected by autism and related disorders. She also serves the clerk for the Council of Autism Service Providers, CASP.

Betsy has worked in the field of developmental disabilities and autism since 2000. Starting out in direct service, Betsy gained experience providing in-home and community-based behavioral support, managing Family Support contracts, running one of the 7 Massachusetts state-funded autism support centers, as well as spearheading fundraising and development initiatives. In her role at Amego, Betsy is responsible for supporting the agency's operating budget through philanthropy and community collaboration as well as supporting the executive leadership and management in their day-to-day tasks.
