John has been working in the fields of Human Services and Educations since 1988. As is common at Amego, he began his career providing direct services. John was named President & CEO of Amego in 2008. John has worked in leadership positions in both the private and public sectors. He holds Masters' Degrees in Education and Public Administration. John is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst. John has held advisory and board positions for numerous professional organizations including past service as President of the Massachusetts Association of Applied Behavior Analysis. John has also served on many Human Rights Committees in various capacities.

Penny received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Saint Michaels College in Winooski Vermont. She has been in the field of Human Service, working primarily with individuals with autism since 1984. Over the years, Penny has held several administrative positions with her most recent position as Chief Program and Development Officer. Penny is on the Human Rights Committee as well as the Peer Review Committee for Amego. Penny completed a certificate program in Community Services Management through Suffolk University and the Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers and received her certificate with honors.

Anthony has been in the field of developmental disabilities for over 10 years. Currently, Anthony is the Chief Program Officer of Adult Programming, charged with the oversight of adult residential programming, adult vocational services, and day habilitation programming. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, has been credentialed a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014, and is a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in the state of Massachusetts. Throughout his career at Amego, Inc., Anthony has held several administrative and clinical positions within programs that support both adults and children. He has overseen multiple residential adult programs as a Program Coordinator, Program Director, and Vice President; and he has provided clinical services to adults as well as in home-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Prior to his becoming Chief Program Officer, Anthony was the Executive Vice President of Operations, where he managed facilities, quality assurance, and training.

Bethany has been in the Human Services field for over 25 years. She began her career providing direct services in residential and school settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Severe Special Needs from Simmons College and a Law Degree from New England Law, Boston. Throughout her career, Bethany has held a variety of roles supporting children and families affected by autism and related disorders. She also serves the clerk for the Council of Autism Service Providers, CASP.

Betsy has worked in the field of developmental disabilities and autism since 2000. Starting out in direct service, Betsy gained experience providing in-home and community-based behavioral support, managing Family Support contracts, running one of the 7 Massachusetts state-funded autism support centers, as well as spearheading fundraising and development initiatives. In her role at Amego, Betsy is responsible for supporting the agency's operating budget through philanthropy and community collaboration as well as supporting the executive leadership and management in their day-to-day tasks.

Jeff received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1984 from Connecticut College and his Master's degree in Educational Psychology in 1992 from the University from Texas at Austin. In 2000, he became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He was one of the very first certified behavior analysts in the country. Jeff has over 30 years of experience working with children and adults with developmental, psychiatric, and behavioral challenges in various settings, including schools, homes, residential facilities, and clinics. In his career, Jeff has worked as direct care, clinician, supervisor, and director. Jeff started at Amego in 2013 as the Clinical Coordinator and in 2016 was promoted to Vice President of Children's Services.

Julie has been in the field of developmental disabilities for over 20 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2007, and is a Massachusetts licensed Behavior Analyst. Throughout her career, Julie has held clinical and administrative positions with programs that support both children and adults. She has overseen adult vocational and day habilitation programs, provided clinical services to residential programs and consultative services to other agencies and school districts to develop programs to maintain children in the least restrictive environments. Julie is currently the Vice President of Consultative Services and oversees the BEST Clinical Network, providing in-home and clinic-based ABA services to children with autism. Julie has served as a board member on the Massachusetts Association for Applied Behavior Analysis (MassABA) and a board member of Affiliated Chapters Board with The Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).

Dr. Mahoney has worked in the field of developmental disabilities since 2002. Presently, he serves as the Executive Vice President of Research and Professional Development. Dr. Mahoney received a doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College in 2018, is licensed as an Applied Behavior Analyst in the state of Massachusetts, and has been credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2008. Dr. Mahoney has presented work at local, regional, and national conferences; and he currently serves as Clerk for the Massachusetts Association for Applied Behavior Analysis (MassABA).

Jennifer became a Registered Nurse in 2002 and has been Amego’s Director of Healthcare Services since 2011. She received her Master's of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in 2017 and is now a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Before starting her career at Amego Jennifer worked in adult medical surgical nursing, emergency department nursing, and pediatric home care. Jennifer is responsible for coordinating the health and medical needs of the individuals Amego supports; developing and implementing staff training for required and supplemental health needs; supervising a team of residential and MAP training nurses. Jennifer is an adjunct nursing instruction at Tri-County Practical Nurse Program as well as a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Craig is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience clinical services and supervision. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University, a Masters' in Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College and an Executive Masters' in Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Dr. Weinberg has worked in the field of developmental and intellectual disabilities and autism for 45 years. He is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral, Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in MA and CT, and Licensed Psychologist for over 30 years in PA, with psychology licenses in CT and FL. He has experience in developing and overseeing behavior analytic interventions and has held clinical director positions over the past 25 years. Dr. Weinberg conducts evaluations for determination of a diagnosis of Autism, developmental disorders, ADD/ADHD among other diagnostic areas. He provides supervision for candidates seeking board certification, as well as exam preparation materials, workshops and individual tutoring. He has developed and instructs (BACB®) Verified Course Sequences since 2002. Rebecca graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration with minors in both Leadership and Psychology. In 2012, Rebecca became a licensed social worker. Providing support and quality services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families has been Rebecca’s commitment since 2002. She has worked in a variety of roles including direct care, training, job development, job retention, leadership and as a sexuality educator. Rebecca is passionate about providing educational opportunities to increase awareness, acceptance, and support in the Human Services field regarding the topic of sexuality as it pertains to people with disabilities. Ideally, all people in their lifetime will have the opportunity to develop meaningful and positive relationships.

Vice President of IT
Chris Isabwa serves as the Vice President of Information Technology (IT) at Amego Inc. He is responsible for providing high quality IT services to the growing Amego Inc. community through the continued management and strategic planning of scalable and secure enterprise systems, networking, servers, and virtualization. He coordinates with departmental heads and IT staff to plan, improve and promote technology support.

Katherine is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Development at Amego. She provides her expertise and guidance in the marketing of Amego’s services, the development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships and community engagement, as well as social media marketing, market research, fundraising, and events.
Katherine has worked in the field of behavioral healthcare since 1997, serving individuals and families with mental illness, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. Early in her career, Katherine marketed the national expansion of home and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for military families. She has also marketed inpatient and outpatient behavioral healthcare, Crisis Prevention Training for direct support professionals, and has experience as a direct service clinician, providing in-home, clinic, and school-based ABA services to children and families.
Katherine received her B.A. from Southern Illinois University and her M.S. in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University.
